Pre-Design Conference - Sit down with our clients and discuss their space requirements, remodeling needs, budget limit, & overall design ideas.
Estimation - Draft up a Proposal to include the cost of drafting, permit, and construction costs. Proposal to also include specifications & allowances.
Drafting - Upon receipt of signed Proposal & small deposit we shall draft up your plans in accordance with our mutually agreed upon design ideas & budget limit. We guarantee permit approval.
Pre-Construction Conference - After plans are completed and permit paid for we shall draft a Contract showing in clear and concise language the dollar amount we are to be compensated for the work. We shall also establish a progress payment schedule which means our clients do not pay for any work until each phase of the project is completed. We will go over our expected work schedule, explain the progress payment schedule, & answer any last minute questions regarding the building process.
Construction - Once our client signs the Contract we commence building the project in accordance with the approved plans and our expected work schedule.
Walk Thru - At completion of the project we shall perform an inspection with our client to insure their satisfaction. Any discrepancies will be dealt with immediately prior to receipt of final payment.
One Year Warranty - Upon signed notice of completion we guarantee our work for one full year. Should a client notice any problems with our work we guarantee to show up within 24 hours of notification to correct the problem at no cost to them.
